Linear DM modules with moving sliders enable dynamic and precise positioning of loads with outstanding performance within an extremely compact design.
These guided linear motors have low moving mass while offering high resistance to bending and torsional forces. Combined with high-resolution encoders, they allow precise applications to be performed with ease.
Thanks to their compact structure, they are highly suitable for high dynamic positioning tasks in short to medium stroke ranges.
For vertical Z-axis applications, DM03 modules equipped with a braking mechanism (additional MagSpring) are used.
The optional DM Force Sensor is directly integrated into the module and provides precise force measurement within a range of ±250 N. With direct force feedback to the LinMot drive, it enables closed-loop force control, making it ideal for precision force control applications.
Optionally, an absolute position sensor can be integrated directly into the mechanics, ensuring position accuracy of up to 1 micron even at very high speeds.
